Healthy snacks can promote your health in general. Here are some lists of healthy snacks and they taste good too. 

Raw or salted sunflower kernels

Yogurt

Yogurt contain live active culture, which can help to clear a yeast infection and prevent digesting problem. Yogurt also rich in protein, calcium and some vitamin B; mix yogurt with fruit to make it taste better and to get additional vitamins from fruits. You can mix yogurt with flax seeds or flaxseed oil to get the benefit of omega-3 essential fatty acids, the important nutrition for your body and your health.

There are many others healthy snacks, such as walnut, oranges, mixed fruits, oatmeal cookies, etc. Try to avoid foods that contains many artificial preservatives.
